To file for a marriage license with The Fulton County Juvenile/Probate Court, fill out the form below as completely as possible and click the "Submit" button at the bottom of this page. After a few moments, a confirmation page will appear, on which you will find the information as you entered it as well as a 10 digit tracking number. Print the confirmation page out and bring it to The Fulton County Juvenile/Probate Court within 60 days to complete the application process (please allow 24 hours AFTER applying on-line before appearing at the court to allow the application to be processed by the system). Please call the court at 419-337-9242 to schedule an appointment first. Both parties must be present to file for a marriage license.
Note: Additional information may be required to complete the application process (applicant identification, divorce records, etc.) as well as payment for the application fee. The price for the marriage license is $43.00 (cash or check).
